Day 1: Transfer from Nairobi to Masai Mara, Evening Game Drive
Depending on your location in Nairobi, or at the airport, you will be met by our safari guide, who will welcome you and brief you on the trip ahead. You will then drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve for a memorable wildlife-viewing experience.
Arrive in time for lunch at the lodge, relax, and then head out for an evening game drive, keeping an eye out for the reserve’s varied wildlife. Return to the lodge afterward for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Full-Day Game Drive in Masai Mara, Kenya
Wake up to breakfast at the lodge and, with a packed lunch in hand, enjoy a full day exploring the Masai Mara. Take in the reserve’s beautiful wilderness, watching wildlife roam freely in its natural habitat, with the chance to see animals hunting, feeding, or simply watching you back, especially the ever-observant buffalo. Return to the lodge afterward for dinner and an overnight stay, as above.
Day 3: Transfer to Serengeti National Park, Tanzania
Leave the Masai Mara after an early breakfast at your lodge and drive to Serengeti National Park via the Isebania border. Continue on to the park, enjoying game viewing along the way, with a lunch stop en route. Check in at your lodge and relax while you wait for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4: Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park
The Serengeti is one of Tanzania’s largest and most sought-after national parks. You will wake up early, enjoy a quick breakfast, and, with your packed lunch in hand, set off on a full day of game viewing. Explore the Serengeti’s plains, keeping an eye out for its varied wildlife, and take in the sheer scale of its wilderness. Enjoy a picnic lunch, followed by further game viewing, before returning to the lodge in the evening to relax ahead of dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 5: Transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Ngorongoro Crater Drive
On this fifth day of your safari, wake up to an early breakfast at your lodge, then meet your guide for the transfer to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying game viewing along the way. With your packed lunch in hand, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a thrilling game drive. The crater floor is home to more than 25,000 animals, including the Big Five. Day 6: Transfer to Arusha
