Detailed Itinerary: 4 Days Kilimanjaro Hike and Maasai Cultural Tour
Day 1: Arrival
Your guide will pick you up from the airport upon your arrival in Tanzania and welcome you to your safari. After introductions, you will be driven to your hotel in Moshi to check in. Depending on your arrival time, you may explore Moshi town with your guide and experience the daily life of locals living at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro.
After your tour, return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay at Bristol Cottages.
Day 2: Kilimanjaro Hike
After breakfast at your hotel in Moshi, your guide will pick you up and transfer you to the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest freestanding mountain in the world and the highest peak in Africa.

You will hike a section of the Marangu Route, a round trip taking approximately six hours to ascend and descend. Afterward, you will be driven back to your hotel in Moshi for dinner and an overnight stay, as above.
Day 3: Canoeing on Lake Duluti, Arusha City Tour
Breakfast will be served at your hotel in Moshi ahead of your canoeing experience on Lake Duluti, a crater lake just outside Arusha. The canoe ride takes about two hours and offers a great chance to see a variety of bird species.
Afterward, enjoy lunch and return to Arusha for a city tour. Dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel, as above.
Day 4: Maasai Cultural Experience and Departure
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before setting off on a Maasai cultural tour, where you will interact with the Maasai community and learn more about their way of life, culture, and traditional crafts, including how to make beaded jewellery. You will also enjoy a traditional lunch. After this experience, your guide will drive you to Arusha and drop you off at the airport or at your hotel, bringing the safari to an end.
