The 8 days Amboseli, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara safari take you to two countries located in east Africa that is Kenya and Tanzania. Detailed Itinerary.
Day 1: Pick up from Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
Our expert driver-guide with a wide knowledge of African safaris will pick you up from the point agreed on and transfer you to Amboseli National Park. This park presents unforgeable scenery of Mount. Kilimanjaro which is located in Tanzania and known to be the tallest mountain in Africa. Its snow-capped peak is seen while in this park.
Arrive and if time allows, take an evening game drive where you get to know the different wildlife such as the wildebeests, groups of zebras, buffalos, elephants and more others.
Day 2: Full day in Amboseli national park
Spend a full day in Amboseli to witness its beauty by taking part in different game drives with a lunch break at the lodge. There is a lot to see while on this day game drives such as herds of elephants, zebras, giraffes, hippos, buffaloes, Mongoose, Hyrax, Topis, water bucks, Kobs, elands and hyenas. Dinner will be served at the lodge and this will create everlasting memories.
Day 3: Cross to Lake Manyara National Park Tanzania
Wake up and head to Lake Manyara National Park home to the rare tree-climbing lions. Elsewhere these lions can only be spotted in the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park of Uganda. Cross via Namanga border to the alkaline Lake which is part of the rift valley wall.
This park is a home to diverse water and forest birds, mammals such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, rhinos and more. If time allows, take an evening game drive which is a great way to explore the best of this park.
Day 4: Transfer to Serengeti with enroute game drive
Have a morning game drive through the park after breakfast and later on transfer to Serengeti National Park. This park is one of the largest protected areas in Africa with large tourist traffic as they are searching for the annual wildebeest Migration and other diverse wild animals. Arrive and head to the lodge for a leisurely evening, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5-6: Serengeti National Park safari adventure
During these two days of adventuring in the plains of Serengeti, take part in different game drives as you search for wild animals, birds and other great moments. Animals that won’t be missed while on these days are gazelle, topi, Grant’s gazelle, Kongoni, Eland, Kirk’s dik dik, klipspringer, roan antelope, Oribis, waterbuck, buffalo, lion, leopard, cheetah, hyena, golden jackals and bat-eared foxes and more.
Day 7: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
Leave Serengeti National Park in the morning with en-route game drive through the southern plains. Ngorongoro Crater area is a sheer adventure since the summit point offers a view of the largest crater, different wild animals are here, endless scenery and more. While on the way, have a stopover at Olduvai Gorge, an important archeological site where the skull of an early man was discovered. The museum is amazing since it has the tools used in excavating. Arrive and head to the lodge for night stay.
Day 8: Game drive (5 hours) and return to Arusha
Take a 5 hours’ game drive in the Ngorongoro crater Area where animals like elephants, buffaloes, elands, wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, hippos, and rhinos will be spotted. After lunch, drive to Arusha and be dropped off at the airport to mark the end of your 8 days safari.
